A DAY OF A DAY IN THE LIFE [2025]

In 'Beethoven was Wrong', Alex Ross [2007] describes how the final chord in the Beatles' track 'A Day in the Life' was produced using a musique concrete method, which resulted in the attack being cut off and the decay amplified over a long duration. A Day Of A Day In The Life builds on this idea to further amplify the decay over an extended duration of 24 hours.

A one-hour edit produced for the project ‘So The Red Rose’, at the Arkadien Festival, Ebersberg, Germany, in 2021.
